I bought this because of the style , galaxy a10e is perhaps outdated by now so it's hard to find a nice case . This is also good to keep your phone covered all way round .It looks cute but does no fully function....I downloaded the app gave app its permissions and it still does not work.....and there is no option for help or to contact customer service; just an on and off button....This is the 2nd one I have purchased the previous one didnt work eitherReally pretty but phone dropped and the whole casing came off but screen didn't crack so that's a plus. Still not sure how to download the smart window appI loved it. Had one before it, but dropped it and broke the case. This is my 2nd one.Easy to put on your phone, ease in answering and making calls with the case on the phone.I bought this hoping to use the features. My carrier wouldn't allow me to download the software. So I downloaded multiple other apps to get to use the features. They drained my battery, so I had to uninstall each (about 5 different ons). I didn't want to return it, so now it is "just" a case.Awesome case. I love it....Nice and sleek.
